Ingredients

  3. 1 scoop chocolate whey
  4. 1/3 cup almond milk

  7. Dash of cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender. Let ingredients sit
  2. in the blender for 5 minutes so the chia seeds can
  3. begin to gel and thicken.
  4. Blend until you reach a thick, ice cream-like consistency.
