Ingredients
  1. 10 Medjool dates, pitted
  2. 1/4 cup raw almonds
  3. 1/4 cup raw cashews
  4. 1/4 cup raw walnuts
  5. 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
  6. 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  7. 1 cup Baresnacks dried apples
  8. 1 tsp vanilla
  9. 1 tsp cinnamon
  10. 1 tsp lemon peel
  11. tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor. Process until mixture will clump together between your fingers. Form into balls and roll in shredded coconut. Enjoy!
