Ingredients
  1. ~1 pineapple, cored and sliced into ½" thick slices
  2. ~Nutella
  3. ~½ cup of macadmin nuts, toasted

Instructions
  1. 1. Cut off the skin of the pineapple trying to save as much pineapple as possible.
  2. 2. Keeping the pineapple whole, use a corer and remove the core from the center of the pineapple. Next slice pineapple into 1" thick slices.
  3. 3. Heat grill to medium high heat and grill each slice for 2­3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Remove from grill and set aside.
  5. 5. Toast macadamia nuts in a saute pan over medium high heat for 3­5 minutes.
  6. 6. In the meantime, put 1 tablespoon of Nutella on each pineapple slice.
  7. 7. Serve pineapple slices individually or stacked on top of each other {like a cake}. Top the pineapple with 1 tablespoon of toasted macadmia nuts.
