Ingredients
  1. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  2. 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
  3. 1 tsp ground allspice
  4. 1 tbsp cinnamon
  5. 1/4 tsp salt
  6. 1 egg white
  7. 1/2 cup rolled oats
  8. 1/2 cup spelt flour
  9. 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  10. 1 scoop protein powder
  11. 2 pinches stevia

Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. 2. Mix flour, baking soda, allspice, and salt, and cinnamon.
  3. 3. Add egg white to mixture and mix well.
  4. 4. Stir in oats, applesauce and protein powder and mix well.
  5. 5. Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned on top.
  6. 6. Cool on wire rack.
