Ingredients
  1. 1 cup dates, finely chopped
  2. 3 (very ripe) bananas, mashed
  3. 1 1/2 cups brown crispy rice cereal
  4. 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  5. 1/2 cup oat flour (if you don’t have oat flour, just blend some oats in your blender until it is a fine flour)
  6. 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. Line a 8×8 or 9×9 square baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. 3. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and using the back of a wooden spoon or a spatula, press the mixture down well.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the top is just starting to get golden brown.
  6. 6. Allow to cool before slicing into 9 squares.
Notes
  1. **These can also be cut into granola bar shapes if you prefer. Best stored in the refrigerator.
