Ingredients
  1. 4 things. egg whites

  7. powdered sugar or sugar to taste
  8. 10 g gelatin

Instructions
  1. 1. Protein whip until stiff peaks, add the MAR. powder, gently pour the lemon juice. Gelatin soak for an hour in the water, heat and cool slightly, then very carefully, pour a thin stream into proteins, while whisking.
  2. 2. Boil the cocoa, and boil for about 5 minutes so that it is slightly thickened. Gelatin soak for an hour in the water, heat and pour in the chocolate.
  3. 3. Part of the cocoa is poured into molds, giving a little "take" in the refrigerator, then spread on a layer of proteins, send in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then gently heated the remaining cocoa and pour the last layer.
