Ingredients
  1. Yolks - 4 pcs.
  2. Proteins - 4 pcs.
  3. Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  4. A pinch of salt
  5. Sour cream - 0.5 cups
  6. Butter - 120 g
  7. Flour - 2.5 cups
  8. Cottage cheese - 2 cups
  9. Cherry - 2 cups
  10. Blueberries - 1 cup
  11. Walnuts - 1 cup

Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Dried fruits cover with water and place for 2 minutes in the microwave. Wash apples, remove the peel.
  2. Thinly slice the apples and strawberries (if using).
  3. Whisk the eggs, salt and brown sugar until light brown.
  4. Add the melted butter and cinnamon. Mix well. Pour the sifted flour and baking powder and mix gently.
  5. Pour half the chopped nuts into the dough.
  6. Add the chopped fruit. Stir.
  7. Grease a baking pan with butter. Put the dough.
  8. Drain the water from the bowl with dried fruits and place them on top.
  9. Sprinkle the second half nuts. Bake for 45-60 minutes. Remove from the oven and can be removed from the mold after 10-15 minutes.
