Ingredients
  1. 3/4 cup spelt flour
  2. 3/4 tsp baking soda
  3. 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  4. 1 apple
  5. 2 pinches stevia
  6. 2 tbsp coconut milk
  7. 1/2 cup blueberries
  8. 1/2 tsp salt
  9. 1 tsp baking soda
  10. 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  11. 2 scoops protein powder

Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. 2. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  3. 3. Mix all wet ingredients together in separate bowl.
  4. 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. 5. Pour batter into muffin baking pan lined with muffin liners.
  6. 6. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
