Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  2. 1 cup chickpeas
  3. 1 egg
  4. 2 egg whites
  5. 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  6. 1 tsp baking soda
  7. 3 pinches stevia

Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. 2. Puree chickpeas.
  3. 3. Add in all ingredients except egg and apple cider vinegar to chickpeas and blend well.
  4. 4. Add in eggs and apple cider vinegar to chickpea mixture and blend well.
  5. 5. Pour batter into muffin baking tray lined with muffin liners.
  6. 6. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
