Ingredients
  1. Chicken (or turkey or pork) - 400 grams;
  2. Minced meat (I have mixed chicken + pork) - 300 grams;
  3. Bulgarian pepper - 1/2 pieces;
  4. Onions - 1/2 pieces;
  5. Garlic - 2 cloves;
  6. Chicken egg - 1 pc;
  7. Mushrooms (canned) - 4-5 pieces;
  8. Grated cheese - 100 grams;
  9. Chopped fresh herbs - to taste;
  10. Spice to taste.

Instructions
  1. Chicken fillet (preferably smooth, large pieces) lightly beat off, salt, pepper.
  2. In minced meat add the diced bell peppers and chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper, add to the egg.
  3. Mushrooms cut into the plate. Grate the cheese.
  4. Put fillets in a baking dish, top with beef with peppers, mushrooms in a circle, the center sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Put the form in preheated 200 degree oven and bake until tender about 35 minutes.
