Ingredients
  1. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1 cup salsa
  3. 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  4. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  5. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  6. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions
  1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and place chicken breasts inside. In a bowl, combine salsa, marmalade, brown sugar, lime juice and cilantro and then pour on top of chicken.
  2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Remove chicken from slow cooker and serve over rice/quinoa (optional) and top with salsa mixture in the slow cooker.
