Ingredients
  1. • 1/2 whole wheat English muffin
  2. • 3/4 tbs natural peanut butter
  3. • 1 ½ oz. chopped baked/cooked/broiled/grilled chicken
  4. • 1-2 finely minced sprigs of cilantro
  5. • 1/2 tbsp chopped peanuts
  6. • 1 tbsp chopped white onion
  7. • 1 tbsp grated carrot
  8. • 1 tsp BRAGG’s liquid aminos

Instructions
  1. Slice English muffin in half.
  2. Toast. Smear surface of muffin with peanut butter. Chop nuts. Saute onions.
  3. Layer chicken, then carrot, onion, chopped nuts, and cilantro.
  4. Drizzle a small amount of BRAGGS liquid aminos over top.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and broil one to two minutes or until cheese starts to melt. Enjoy!
