Ingredients
  1. 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  2. 1 avocado
  3. Juice of half a lime
  4. 3 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
  5. 2 spring onions, sliced
  6. Salt
  7. Black pepper

Instructions
  1. Coarsely mash the drained chickpeas and the avocado together with a fork or potato masher, and add the lime juice, coriander and sliced spring onions.
  2. Mix well and season to taste.
  3. Serve in a pitta bread or sprouted grain bread with some sliced tomato.
