Ingredients
  1. 12 hard-boiled eggs (see above how to hard boil eggs)
  2. 6-7 pieces of bacon, crumbled
  3. 1 medium red onion, chopped into small pieces
  4. Optional: raisins, grapes, sliced almonds
  5. Paleo Mayo Recipe***

  7. ¼ teaspoon salt
  8. ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  9. 1 ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  10. 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  11. ¾ cup macadamia nut oil or avocado oil
  12. ~All ingredients should be at room temperature~

Instructions
  1. Prepare all ingredients- cook the bacon, hard boil the eggs, chop the onion, and make the mayo.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and add the mayo as a binder.
  3. Store in refrigerator, and serve it cold.

  5. Put all the ingredients except the oil in a large bowl and whisk until the yolk thickens and the color brightens (around 30 seconds). After the oil is incorporated, slowly add the second ¼ cup of oil and incorporate it the same way as the first (~30 seconds).
