Ingredients
  1. • 1 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined
  2. • 2 limes, juice and zest or 1/4 cup lime juice
  3. • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  4. • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  5. • 1/2 jalapeno, coarsely chopped (optional)
  6. • 1 clove garlic, grated
  7. • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. 1. Marinate the shrimp in the mixture of the lime juice, zest, extra virgin olive oil, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Skewer the shrimp and grill over medium-high heat until cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.
