Ingredients
  1. 1/2 lb large Prawns with shell/tail on
  2. 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  3. 1 tbsp fresh Garlic, chopped
  4. 1 can light Coconut Milk
  5. 1 tbsp Curry Powder Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Heat coconut oil in large pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add fresh garlic.
  3. Rinse prawns and lightly salt and pepper. Add prawns to pan and sprinkle with curry powder. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until all prawns are well-seasoned.
  4. Add coconut milk and turn heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes.
